I usually see Mandi, but she is no longer there. I was scheduled with Trina for my Botox appointment. You can definitely tell she is an experienced injector and nurse, she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was welcoming, personable, and had such a warm presence.

During my treatment, she even commented that I didn’t flinch during the injections, but honestly, I think that speaks more to her technique. She was very gentle, and I barely felt a thing. Even the lip flip, which is usually a little uncomfortable for me, was surprisingly easy.

What I appreciated most was that she took her time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed.
