I've been involved with the MMA class now for about 5 years,,a really great cardio workout,,some jujitsu training mixed with stand up striking and kicks,,,excellent instructor's,,,5 STARS!👊🇺🇸
Stopped by for open mat and found everyone very welcoming and very tough, and really fun to train with!
