Matt was great. When I dropped my old PC off he explained everything, completed the transition in a day and then got to my house and installed everything the next night. Once it was installed he showed me how to use some of the new features. He's the man!
Called and got an appointment to repair home PC. It would not connect to internet. Matt was very thorough in helping diagnose and solving my connection issues.
