“We went in to inquire about repairing just one hickory board in our floor that was profoundly damaged. A very unique situation. After some discussion, one member of the staff went in search of a scrap plank or two, while his colleague provided us the name and number for a contractor who does hardwood repairs. The scrap search was successful, but the better news is that they would not take payment for the 4 or 5 feet of boards. For this reason, we will visit Moore Floors first when we need any more flooring needs. They are beyond nice and helpful and turned our difficult situation into a great experience.“
