I cannot recommend Kristi and her team enough. She is an absolute paradigm in this profession. My husband and I started this journey very cautious and feeling guarded after terrible experiences with OTHER agents- we were distrustful, skeptical and waiting for the trick... Kristi completely flipped my perspective and I have truly enjoyed my last 4 months of our professional relationship.
Kristi is many wonderful things: extraordinarily communicative (we are one of many clients and definitely NOT with the biggest budget- I NEVER felt ignored or low on the priority list). She is attentive to what WE wanted and not what would be convenient, positive in a market that is terribly cut throat, and above all things HONEST. Kristi is someone you can trust in her guidance and advice. She sometimes will tell you truths about the market that make your teeth rattle- but it is to ensure you end up with what you want in the time frame you set. Point blank: listen to her. She isn't wrong. I am so grateful I put my self-preservation aside and TRUSTED Kristi. We ended up with a beautiful property after working with her for 4 months (start to finish) and traveled all over Moore county in search of my diamond.
Her team is astonishing, efficient, and kind to nervous borderline OCD buyers who are high strung (not that I am one of those....) and I would jump at a chance to work with her again.
She evaluates houses with YOU in mind and doesn't sugarcoat things to make you feel good about a wrong choice she knows you will regret. She will guide you through a home understanding your lifestyle and what is best suited and what would cause undue hardship in your investment.
I am truly impressed and grateful for my experience and will not hesitate to give referrals to those seeking an agent who strives to facilitate a home for you.
