This hospital is truly AMAZING!!! The staff truly cares about every single patient that walks in there. We came from Fayetteville to bring my cat & dog for their first dental appt, and my cat is super anxious, he not only pooped but peed in his carrier ? While I tried to clean it up and asked them when i was there if I had anywhere that they preferred for me to clean him real quick, the staff literally bathed him and cleaned his carrier AND washed the little bed in there for me ANNNDDD cut my cat and dogs nails. I've been bringing my cats to Banfield Pet Hospital ever since they opened a branch here in Southern Pines. The staff and doctors here are kind, efficient and accommodating. My cat is 17 years old and is currently being treated for arthritis, and he is doing well. I would recommend this branch of Banfield to anyone with pets who need help. 5 stars.
