Katherine is the best Pilates instructor that I’ve ever trained with. I’ve been doing Pilates for 6 years total. I started with Katherine at least 2 years ago, and it’s with her that I have experienced so many a ha moments, truly gaining an understanding of the how’s and whys of the practice. She is truly a phenomenal teacher!
