Based on the reviews, Shallotte Cleaners provides quick and efficient service for dry cleaning and pressing needs. The turn around time is amazingly quick, with drop off and pick up being efficient. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure clothes are ready earlier than normally allowed, even accommodating requests for a comforter. They helped restore a bridal dress back to perfect condition for a wedding day, cleaning it and pressing it to perfection after dirt and staining from bridal pictures. The staff is very helpful and personable, and they care about the clothes. Customers highly recommend this place for special occasions, noting the staff is very pleasant and professional. The price is shockingly enticing.
Needed a suit and 2 shirts dry cleaned. The turn around time was amazingly quick, the drop off and pick up were efficient and the PRICE? Shockingly enticing. Will absolutely be back.
I am first time customer. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my dry cleaning was earlier than what is normally allowed. I was in such a bind and they came through. The clothes look great.
Shallotte cleaners helped restore my bridal dress back to perfect condition for my wedding day!! After taking my bridal pictures I had some dirt and staining around the bottom of my train. The fabric of my dress is especially hard to clean so I was not sure if anything could be done. I spoke with Shallotte Cleaners and they assured me that they could not only clean my dress, but have it ready in the incredibly short time period that I had before my wedding! When I picked up my dress it was as clean as the day I got it and was pressed to perfection. I will be taking my dress back again soon for a final cleaning after my wedding.
