I called in with a bit of an emergency. While not on a septic system, my lift pump went out and my basin was filling up. I had a return call and service within a couple of hours. The 2 guys that showed up were kind, professional and did a great job. Kudos to you all and thank you!

We were desperate to get the septic pumped. I found out the hard way that it was full. I called TnT septic and they told me they were booked up till next week. I had called 6 places with the same response. About 6 minutes later, the lady from TnT called back because they had a cancelation!!! They saved the day! Awesome customer service!
