Called Garrett after another company was unable to get our AC running. Very quick response time & was willing to make time to get here as quickly as possible (I think it was same day!) He was very thorough at the initial visit, solved a few minor problems, but ultimately needed to order a specific part. Part was ordered on the spot & would be ready to install the next day. Unfortunately that part was only part of the overall problem, so he dug a little deeper and found another part needed replaced. Part was ordered and he was back the next day to install. Gary was a godsend. I lost heat to my first floor HVAC during the coldest time of the year. He took my call even as he was finishing his family vacation and was able to see me the next day. His service call fee is lower than most in the area, he is both professional and courteous! Much appreciated.

Highly recommend! Our heat went out 2 days before Christmas and Garrett came right out and got us back up and running! The option to book your service online and pick a time that works best is so convenient! Mantlos HVAC saved Christmas!
