I would give smithfield lighting a 10 star rating if possible. Greg and the whole staff at smithfield lighting were the absolute best people that I dealt with during the build of my home. Greg's knowledge is like no other lighting store period. Lighting has been his life. He can carry you in any direction or style you choose from the best of the best to simple or even modern. When you are there with him his time is automatically your time you never feel rushed or pushed in anyway! I suggest if your building a custom home please give these folks the first call you won't be disappointed!

I am in the middle of updating some of the lighting in my home after 29 years!! I have purchased from this business in the past & wanted to see if they had a better selection than some of the box stores and hardware stores. They changed ownership or management in the past few years but I did find a different selection of items I might use. The gentleman who helped me was kind, patient, , knowledgeable, & went to great lengths in helping me to find what I needed. The prices are wholesale & a bit higher than I was expecting; however, much of that is in line with price increases in all businesses post COVID. Ken was most helpful in my light purchase. He was very patient in helping me find the perfect light. I felt the prices were reasonable. I mean a little more expensive than your big box stores but that's to be expected and well worth it! I will definitely use Smithfield Lighting for future light purchases! Thanks Ken!
