Sanders did a wonderful job of helping us to plan our mother's funeral. Our family no longer lives in Lubbock, and we had to plan the funeral from long distance. They took lovely care of our mom, and she looked beautiful at the viewing. I would like to especially mention that Funeral Director Sam went above and beyond to help us when we encountered a sudden service scheduling nightmare (caused by the cemetery misscheduling the burial time). When the burial time directly conflicted with the church service time, we had to suddenly move up the church service by several hours. Sam and his sons spent THEIR own personal time on a Sunday night cleaning the sanctuary at our church after a music festival so that we could proceed with the funeral service the next morning!! They did this so that our mom's funeral could proceed smoothly! My family was so deeply touched, and their kindness will never be forgotten. What a testament to the personal care and service that this business and its people provide! It honestly restores my faith in the goodness of people.
