This place is great! Super clean, really nice decor, super nice staff. I made an appointment for noon and while there was a little wait for a nail tech, they set me up in a chair to let my feet soak and relax during the wait instead of just sitting in the lobby. Lou was wonderful! Took her time on my massage, did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and was super sweet. I'll definitely be back!

Hit or miss. First visit we booked an appointment and waited 1 hour for it to begin. 2nd visit, walked in, sat, and the pedicure started right away. There are no 'good' times. This location is centrally located and running at full tilt often. Add a delicious boba bar next door and this place aims to stay busy. That said, I've gotten 2 of the best pedicures I've ever had. More detail? The massages are 8/10. What makes them great is the techs listened to my needs for nail shaping both times. This is a big deal when you have something that bothers. Will keep coming back while I'm in this area.

Today I called around 12:30 to make an appointment for 1:00. They got me right in and Liz took care of me! She did a great job with my nails, was very sweet, and I really enjoyed my time here. My nails look so pretty and I feel very relaxed! I highly recommend Liz for your nails. I actually even booked another appointment with her! lol
