HomeMasters and their technicians are really great people!!! The service tech, Bruce, that Home Masters sent to my home for today’s services, was excellent!!! He called me prior to arrival, addressed my concerns, assured me that he would care for my home, and did everything I asked him to, with absolute respect and care, and even applied more preventative measures than what I was expecting!!! When the homebuyers’ lender later required a follow-up inspection and the buyer's own pest control company couldn’t meet the timeline, Homemasters stepped in again—sending someone out within 24 hours and providing the necessary report to satisfy underwriting requirements.
