Monica was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She knew I was hesitant about coming in yesterday due to past experiences with other fantastic Sam’s. But she changed my perspective completely!
I was in and out quickly, including a brief wait. The stylist is attentive and courteous. She listened to my needs and adjusted appropriately. Although this site has a high turnover rate, I've been going here for over 15 years. The stylists tend to be knowledgeable and interested in providing a good experience. I will continue to visit this site for a good expected cut.
