Very stress free appointment. Everyone there was professional and polite and knew exactly what they needed to ask me and what was expected of me. One of the ladies, Betsy, took real good care of me in regards to my new glasses that I was getting. Overall, it was a very simple eye exam. The doctor, her assistant, the folks behind the counter, everyone was great
One of the best experiences I've had at any kind of facility. Every single staff member I dealt with went above and beyond. On pricing, comfort, explanations, putting my anxiety at ease. Eyecarecenter staff are great.As a patient for year’s you are always greeted with a smile.They are friendly and take the time to make sure any questions or concerns you have are answered.Wait time is very short after signing in.The girls that do the eye scans etc.Are all very nice and take the time to answer questions/ concerns.The eye doctor’s are friendly they listen answer questions and concerns I have and go over all the eye tests / scans that was completed during my visit. They care about the patients means a lot.
