“I want to give a sincere thank-you to Dr. Bailey and the entire staff at Johnston County Spine Center for the outstanding service they provided me.

My DOT Medical Card was suspended because of a medical condition that I had already been cleared for by my primary physician. In my opinion, it never should have been suspended in the first place. Even after I provided documentation from my doctor verifying that I had been medically cleared, the previous physician would not overturn her decision, even though the documentation was there to support it.

I was referred to Johnston County Spine Center by a friend, and I am extremely grateful that I went.

After I explained my situation to Dr. Bailey, he took the time to actually listen, review my medical chart, and go through the paperwork from my primary physician. He did not rush me, dismiss my concerns, or treat me like I was just another appointment. After reviewing everything, he was able to reinstate my DOT Medical Card, which had been in good standing since 2001.

What stood out to me just as much as the result was the way I was treated from beginning to end. Dr. Bailey and his staff were friendly, professional, respectful, and genuinely willing to help solve my problem instead of simply trying to collect a dollar.

That level of service is rare, and I truly appreciate it.

I would recommend Johnston County Spine Center to anyone who needs care because of their professionalism, friendly demeanor, willingness to listen, and commitment to helping their patients.

I was so impressed with the care I received that I will also be bringing my wife to see Dr. Bailey because she suffers chronically from scoliosis, which is another area he specializes in.

Johnston County Spine Center has earned a customer for life. I live about 45 minutes away from their location, but that is a very small price to pay for priceless service, genuine care, and real results.
