Chris and his crew always come and help asap! My heat went out and they were there same day and got it all fixed! They also come for scheduled maintenance to keep my unit running properly. Very grateful for this company and their help.
Love Pernell ! Been using them for years and can always count on them for honesty and trust when they come to service twice a year. I’ve had Zackary and Carlos out now several times and they are very professional and honest . They also are very thorough in making sure everything has been checked and cleaned and all my questions have been answered. Will always recommend them and this company to others ?
Words can’t describe how I much appreciate William B. My scheduled service was for Saturday, 5 Jul, but he called me on Independence Day saying that he had time on his route to take of my HVAC. I told him that it’s not necessary and go enjoy your holiday, but William said it’s not a problem and he’ll be right over after he’s finished with his call in Selma. William arrived, troubleshot and fixed the issue in less than an hour, which included the after maintenance admin too. Call Pernell has and will always be my go too for HVAC.
