Ronnie was great. I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and yesterday was the first time I’ve ever been asked about a military discount. (I usually never bring it up or ask). But she went out of her way to make sure I got my military discount and free haircut card for Veterans Day considering I came in early!!!!
Went in for a simple haircut, was genuinely so impressed with the care and attentiveness of the stylist who was named Ronnie, she took excellent care of me and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back again
When I asked a young lady at the movie theater who cuts her hair, she told me.
Next day, I'm having lunch and a lady walks in with a haircut just like I was wanting. She referred me to Ronnie @ Great Clips. When two people, on two different days, say they go to Ronnie. I had to try her out. I was not disappointed. She knew exactly the haircuts I was referring to, and called the clients by name. Ronnie's personality outweighs any stylist that I've been to before. She chatted with me after a detailed Q&A of what I expected.
I look so forward to my next appointment, which I am about to try & reserve right now.
