“We loved working with Fran!! We adopted our husky, Nova, from a shelter when she was 1 year old, and while she was a sweet girl - she did come to us with some problems from her prior owner. She was extremely anxious, not attentive to us when we would try to work with her, and would react with "zoomies" around the house seemingly at random. Fran taught us how to react when Nova behaved in a way that was frustrating, and how to earn Nova's trust and attention. After 6 sessions working with Fran, we are so pleased with Nova's (and our own!) progress. While we've loved Nova since the day we brought her home, Fran truly made being a dog owner less stressful and more of a joy. It was convenient and helpful to be able to work with Fran in our own home, and she was very communicative and responsive as we worked through our schedules each week.
