Stylist: Laura made sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it and she made sure that I felt comfortable with the style.
Laura done an amazing job on my boyfriend and my hair! Laura, Ashleigh and Penelope are all very professional. Alexis the manager however was late to her shift and when she came in she was very rude to her employees. Alexis is very unprofessional, she was saying things in front of clients that she shouldn’t say.. whenever a co worker would ask Alexis something she would respond what now if you would do it right we wouldn’t be going through this. Alexis was only in the salon an hour before she went out to smoke and left every one else in the salon with customers waiting for service!
We had a great experience at this Salon on Saturday. My girls, ages 7 and 9 both got haircuts and both of their stylists were very kind and helped them not be nervous and did a great job on their cuts. We will be back! We got right in and out too!
