I went in for a haircut of my own creation. And it was passed off to the manager, Lori.
She did an excellent job and showed her team of staff how it was done.
She had said she was proud of how she nailed it and she absolutely should be because she did an excellent job blending it and making everything I wanted it to be.
I am 100 percent satisfied.
Yall, let me start by saying how PATIENT these people are! Amazing phone service and so sweet and polite. So I went in today around 2/3:00 and my 1 year old son came to get his first haircut, they done everything possible to keep him happy and he was being fussy and sleepy, this woman even went as far as to give my son her OWN phone! That was just beyond nice! He even threw it and she shrugged it off. Nice people but you get what you pay for. I have been in love with my hair with the girl who was doing it but shes in asheville,I just needed a trim so I thought why not? I asked her to clean the layers up,she made them so choppy. Its not blended well at all. This place may be good for men's cuts but ladies,dont be like me,go to a salon.
