Our Heating/Cooling system was purchased in 2001 from Shelby Heating & Air and they have never failed to provide us with excellent service. Our heat stopped working this past Saturday and Monday morning Shelby Heating & Air was calling earlier than we expected. We were surprised but relieved to hear that a Technician was being sent out the same day. Chris done a fantastic job of finding and fixing our problem. This company has always gone above and beyond with the services they provide. Holden please give Chris a raise for bringing our Dinosaur back to life once again ! Bryan came out this morning and serviced my split unit above my garage. He was very efficient and answered my questions thoroughly. Because the unit has not been used in several years. He was also very helpful to reintroduce me to how to operate the remote. He also gave me very good information about maintenance. Thank you Bryan.
