The technician was professional and explained what he was doing. But after he took my dryer apart and replaced the part ,the next day when I was drying my clothes my dryer started making a loud knocking noise like the drum inside was hitting the side of the dryer. I called company back and explained what was going on, I was told that if I wanted a technician to come out to take a look at my dryer i would have to pay another service call fee. I have the monthly service plan which I pay $59.00 a month for. I don't see why I have to pay for another diagnostic fee when my dryer was not making this noise before he took it apart

My technician was very professional and an expert. He got the job done. I am a very satisfied customer; and I will use Sears appliance repair in the future.. I give him 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've used Sears Home in the past and was pleasantly surprised to see they were dispatched for my most recent issue. Would highly recommend, techs are professional and explain what the issue was/is.
