A family member referred me to them , however when I called and ask a few questions, the Lady on the phone was very rude and hateful. Then I found out she is rude to everyone. Why do you keep employees like that?

If I could give a negative review I would put a -20. I don't know who yall got answering the phone but they are highly unprofessional and rude. She talked to me like I was an idiot and I felt so belittled.
