With cold, winter weather coming quickly, I called many places to come get my fireplace serviced as it hasn’t been used in years. Jeff Osborne was my technician. He was very professional and very friendly. He fixed the issue and explained things so well! He went over and beyond when he took a look at my other fireplace and got that one lit too! Very reasonable priced, fast, friendly, quality service, what more could you ask for? I will be calling them back out as I need a chimney cap installed soon as well! If you need anything fireplace related, call them. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for coming out on such short notice and keeping my family warm!
