Jennifer gave me excellent customer service today. She was detailed, clear and able to get my policy going today. She even waited while i loaded my card, she asked the other necessary questions as I did this. I really enjoy having a contact person and not just calling a lot of prompts when I need help. I give her 10 stars!!

Marion was especially helpful and informative! I truly appreciate her making the process of reinstating car insurance so that I can drive with peace of mind and legally again. I was gaining rather frustrated with another insurance agency because I was going back and forth via email attempting to gain an insurance policy so this has been a relief!
