Our air went out on Fri the 5th of July and we called several places but couldnt get a return call until I called Doug Ledford at Boiling Springs Heating & Air (in NC). He saw our need and sent his tech Lucas over to help. He did a great job, even leaving to get a part etc. I was SO grateful as it was the hottest day of the year so far and my dad is 86. Husband and I came home from vacation to 85 degree house on Sunday. We called but were unsure if we would hear back right away given that it was the weekend. Doug called back within a few minutes and was out to our house within the hour. Quick and professional service from start to finish. Will definitely use again!
