Glenda was amazing! I sent a basket to my mom for her birthday and it was beautifully wrapped and presented. I live in a different state and Glenda made sure to communicate with me every step of the way to ensure the delivery went smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone and any occasion! The treats and gifts were of great quality! Thanks again, I will be returning!

I ordered a fresh cut sympathy basket for a funeral. Called at 2pm on a Saturday, and flowers were delivered on time for Monday morning 11am service. The arrangement exceeded expectations. The family was appreciative. Glenda Drum was very helpful and provided great customer service. I would recommend Baskets from the Heart for any occasion.
