Well I must admit, I've never been more exposed to such a technological dental examination as I experienced at this dental facility. I am very pleased with the location, the professionalism of the entire team, as well as the office decor. I'm looking forward to following through with them for my dental care.

The scheduling was very simple very quick turn. These front desk was very friendly and made sure to keep me updated even though I had to wait a little while, Because unfortunately, that day they were short staffed. They kept me in the know where I was, and how much time I expect to pass before I was treated. The doctor, very knowledgeable very friendly. Make sure to thoroughly explain my treatment plan. Very good experience

I cannot express my gratitude for Aspen Dental in Shelby. I was living in Swannanoa, completely displaced with my newborn and traveling looking for a new home. I was scheduled to get my wisdom teeth out, in Asheville, and well that is not possible. One was infected and well, while traveling the infection flared up and I was in excruciating pain. I contacted the office for an emergency appointment and were so caring and compassionate for my situation. They saw me and scheduled the extractions next day.
