I’ve been to this location several times for eyebrow waxing, but this was my first time receiving additional services and I brought my sister with me. According to the price list, a basic pedicure is $40 and a full set with French tips is $45. My sister and I also each received eyebrow waxes for $15 each. When I went to pay, my total was $170, which is $55 more than expected.

After doing the math multiple times, I went back inside for clarification. I was then told that I was given gel on my nails (which I did not request or consent to) and that my sister received a premium pedicure, even though she asked for the basic option. I got a basic pedicure and SNS dip on my nails. I don’t mind spending $40 on a pedicure, especially when it’s high quality. However, this pedicure wasn’t that great. I still have dead skin on the heel of my feet and the lady who did my pedicure didn’t use lotion or even touch my feet to massage or thoroughly rub in. It was only the exfoliant and oil. She scratched my legs with her nails instead of rubbing/massaging it, which was incredibly uncomfortable and hurt. Furthermore, when she did my nails, she repeatedly nicked my fingers with the nail file, causing them to bleed a little. Overall, I’m displeased with this experience and I won’t be going back.

Due to the fact you only have from what I saw only two workers. For weekends you should have more. specially being in a college town. You have enough equipment to hire at least 6 people. To better serve your customers. No one should have to wait for 2 or more hrs or have to leave and come back.
