“Good experience. I received a letter from the IRS! A clerical error had been made on my 2023 taxes and I owed back taxes, a substantial penalty and substantial interest. The back taxes owed were legitimately mine, however I felt that I should not have to bear the burden of the penalty and interest since the clerical error was made by The Tax Ladies.
