Overall great experience purchasing flooring for an entire house from Jim. He handily beat the price on all the other estimates I had. When we ran into a delay with the shipping from the distributor, he drove to Charlotte himself to pickup the flooring, deliver it and keep my project moving. Hard to find that level of hands on service. You’ve earned a loyal customer in the process!

Jim took a lot of time helping us match existing floors, from researching the existing floors and attempting to source an out of production product, to helping us choose the best current option available.
