We have been pleased with CN since they began providing care for our father in 2023. The caregivers have always been on time, and taken care of all responsibilities that were required. Joyce has been a great supervisor to work with and is responsive when needed. If a caregiver was not available- CN was quick to intervene and make sure that all shifts were taken care of without interruption.
Carolina Neighbors Home Health Care provides a great service. Joyce, Owner, is totally involved and makes sure everyone is satisfied with the service provided, staff and keeps in touch. Joyce helped us a great deal including, Assisted Living facilities, Hospice coordination, and help to find other services we needed. Would recommend her and her staff without hesitation.
Every person sent to my home was a super star! All were willing to do whatever little task I asked them to do and all related very well to my husband who was gravely ill. I would recommend this agency 100%. The owner takes great pride in the people whom she hires and was very good with making sure all my needs were met.
