Choosing a company to build a pool for you? Carolina Creations should be your first choice. I did a lot of research as this was my first pool. They were helpful from beginning to end. The experience was A+. Using a contractor to build anything can be stressful, but the Carolina Creations team was honest and helpful throughout the whole process. Pools are an expensive endeavor these days but we are proud to say there is no "buyers remorse" here. We love our pool and use it all the time. We had Carolina Creations install a paver driveway 2 years ago (September 2022). I thought I had done a review then, and my intent was to do an update 2 years later (September 2024). However, I see now that I never did a review in 2022, so I'll try to make up for that error now.
September 2022 : As I mentioned, we had Carolina Creations install a paver driveway for us. At the time, I could only find two contractors who did this type of work, and I got quotes from both. Rating 4.5, but if I had to round up or down, it's definitely a 5! We did some research of several pool installation companies in the area and settled on Carolina Creations last fall. Sales team Will Hickman and Project Manager Eric Alderman were a great team to work with, as well as all the skilled labor involved along the way, you can tell this is definitely not their first rodeo - i.e. moving and gently placing 1" pvc pipes precisely where you'd like it with the huge excavator bucket, cause you can. The machinery is just another appendage to the inground install crew I had.
