One star only because zero is not an option. The owner of this company (Steve Foster) does not stand behind his construction of homes. We purchased a home in July 2023 and had an 11 month inspection completed in June 2024 per North Carolina reg. Mr Foster and his daughter went totally unresponsive when I reached out to them regarding significant findings in that inspection. We have made many attempts to contact him, some as recent as last week, all of which go ignored. He is actively working construction of a new home next door to us after having someone tell us he had sold his business.
