After 16 years in our home, this was the first year we had ever experienced a springtail problem, and it wasn't just a few here and there—they were coming into our house in droves. We were beyond frustrated and honestly didn't know what to do.

The office was also very responsive, scheduling our appointment quickly so it fit perfectly into our busy lives.
