Went here for my first appointment at this office today and met my new Primary Care Provider. It was the best experience I've ever had at any Government run facility in my life. Beautiful building, ready parking, friendly people, fast service. 10 out of 10.
I finally had my first pcm appointment with the VA and I was extremely impressed with how amazing, validating, and just genuinely nice that everyone was. Thank you Ms. Rae, Dr. Simmons, Ms. Lindsey, and Jason. All of you made me feel like I was exactly where I was suppose to be and I know i'm heading in the right direction. Thank you all for being nothing short of amazing. Also, shout out to the person dressed as a snowman. Seeing you brightened my day as well and I hope I get to meet you next time!
