Dr. Ian, was very professional. He immediately put me at ease. He explained everything as he was doing the procedure. Took time to answer all my questions. He removed a small spot on my back, he did it so fast I all I remember was he said this will be a slight pinch. There never was a slight pinch it took less than a minute with a tiny bandaid. This was my first time seeing Dr. Ian.
