Planet Fitness is a welcoming and clean gym with a friendly staff. With plenty of equipment and a PF App to help you challenge yourself, you can achieve your fitness goals. The staff is always willing to help and make you feel comfortable. Many members have reported feeling a sense of accomplishment and pride in their progress, and the gym's atmosphere is supportive and encouraging. However, some customers have had negative experiences with the staff. One customer reported a bad experience with the online representatives, while another had an encounter with a rude staff member named Jessica who continuously cut them off while they were trying to explain an issue with the Planet Fitness app. The gym is generally well-equipped, but this location stands out for having three unique machines - a chest press machine, a seated calf machine, and an angled leg press machine - that are not found in most other Planet Fitness locations.
Planet fitness very good but bad experience with the online representatives to ask for information that hurts people who should not work as telephone line operators, today a bad experience
I love the gym, very clean and neat BUT I spoke to one of the staff members and her name was JESSICA. She was very rude and continuously cut me off as I was trying to explain to her about the planet fitness app. Work on better customer service and patience JESSICA. Will not tolerate a rude staff member. Thank you.
Most planet fitness locations you get same exact equipment every once and a while you see something different referencing machines, this location has 3 that are different from most all other locations, chess press machine, one the best for chest, seat calf machine, feels really good pump, and angled seat leg press machine very unique. All 3 all rear and rear that many in one location.
