Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere with professionals who truly want to help you achieve your goals. My confidence grew tremendously in a short period of time here. I wish I could have stayed longer but unfortunately I moved back out of state. It’s very hard to find another place or even CrossFit gym near me that is as great as this one!

This place is GREAT!!! This was my first time doing crossfit and I could not be more happy with my experience. The changes it has already made in my life are priceless.The coaches are so helpful and EXTREMELY encouraging. No matter what level of fitness you are currently at, they always make you feel right at home and just as important as anyone else in the room.HUGE shout out to Jeremy Timmons. He is the best personal trainer and coach I've ever worked with. He always keeps me motivated and wanting to come back for more.

I started my fundamentals end of October and have been coming here as often as I can. The coaches are amazing! The best I ever had, and I am 47 years which means, I have been at many places. They teach and show you modifications if your need too. The warm-up/losening ups are the best. Safety is the number one priority! Not to forget that everyone is included. Everyone motivates each other and helps you when in need. The coaches know their stuff! They have a cute little kids room which is free, so the parents can come and train here without worrying about care! The gym is clean, and the equipment well taken care of. I like that I always have parking outside. What an amazing community! Try it out! You will not be disappointed, and feel the belonging! I almost forgot! They support their community too! There is a Angel Tree set up where you can "adopt" a child in need, and get them the things they need with a gift! I love the support, and support.
