Came here at 9:30am because that’s the time it says they open. So I waited a little bit thinking they might be running late. It is now after 10am and they are still not open. Please update your business hours on the door and online because this is unprofessional. What a waste of time.

Wow what a wonderful experience! From the minute you enter the cleanliness and friendliness of the owners is apparent. it was quiet and relaxing and top notch service. The leg massage was phenomenal! This is my new nail place.

This was my second time coming here. The first time was fantastic. The wife did my nails the first time. The second time, I got a full set and the husband completed the set. He did not let my nails cure enough and this picture was taken 2 days after the service. He also painted my toes with gel polish and those too were not cured enough and have since peeled halfway off. This is unfortunate because I paid $85 dollars and i felt that he was rushing.

I showed up today as a walk in and
It's disappointing to show up for a pampering session only to find out that appointments are required, especially when the info isn’t clearly posted online.
Transparency is key for a smooth experience for your customer’s. ESP first time customers.
There was only one person working at this establishment, and I was trying to get a pedicure and a manicure .
Nowhere on the Facebook or website did I see that it was appointment only.
I chose this place because it was 4.7 stars, but it is very disappointing

Very satisfied with my nails! This was my second set and the first set I got lasted the full 3 weeks without any issues. I enjoy coming here and feel very relaxed while getting my nails/pedi done. I will add that they are very nice and welcoming as well which makes you want to keep coming back!

Amazing place to get your nails done they do appointment only but I love that it us more personal and quiet to relax and enjoy an amazing pedicure and/or manicure i love gel polish on my toes and dip powder on my nails they do quality work I can go 3 weeks on my nails if I had to and not lift or look bad get your appointment yiu won't regret it

I go every two weeks for my nails for the last two years (since moving to Sanford) and I've ALWAYS left so happy with the results!
They are so friendly, never make you feel rushed, gentle and amazing with designs. My gel polish stays on and never chips! HIGHLY recommend
I've also gotten my eyebrows waxed a few times and LOVED the results.
