I cannot express how grateful I am to both Ashton in the office and Cody, our technician. I'm five months pregnant and we were having extreme air conditioning issues suddenly. In this heat, it just wasn't going to work. Ashton made sure a tech was able to come out the same day and Cody was incredibly kind, thorough, and took all the time I needed to understand what was going on. They have a lifelong customer out of me.

My AC went out a week before the Memorial Day weekend. I called King the morning it went out and they had a Technician out that afternoon. When I called, I spoke to Ms. Sarah - she was so friendly and helpful, and showed genuine concern. That afternoon is when Mr. Cody came out. Man that guy is awesome! He was very thorough and determined to find the problem. When he did (evaporator coil leak refrigerant) he worked with his company to provide a estimate and order the part right away. When the replacement coil came in, Mr. Cody came early the next day and worked for about four hours getting it in.
