Received a special call from the company the day before the service was to take place saying a technician would be here at 8am, which was early for an 83 year old. At 8:20am I called to ask where he was, and they said he was on the way. Called again at 9:10, and I was told he was delayed due to a company meeting. He finally showed up at 9:32am. He was a very polite young man and explained what was going on. Due to an issue with the AC compressor, he said his equipment he needed to sort it out was broken and a senior technician would have to be scheduled. Not a good way to start out with a new company.

Nick and Uriah did an amazing and thorough job promptly diagnosing and fixing my issue. They were courteous, kind, and enthusiastic about quality service. They checked each and every possible culprit for my leak and made me feel relaxed about the whole process. I would highly recommend this company.

Through my home warranty company I had met Comfort First and separately instituted twice a year service of my heating and air-conditioning. When my AC upstairs unit went out, I asked that they be assigned to my case. With my 30 year-old Unit, they suggested that I consider full replacement and gave me three viable options plus the option of just repairing. They explained everything clearly and provided some pretty good discounts should I decide to replace. I did decide to replace. And two days later, they had a crew there and took care of everything.
