They came and found the issue and had to order the part. They came out about a week later and fixed it in a timely manner. I chose unsure about pricing only because I didn’t want to pay the price. Researching pricing it was however comparable to others for what they replaced. So in actuality the price is fair enough. Overall satisfied.

After a thorough review of various proposals, we chose Comfort First. We had a tankless water heater installed. Tim and Jawan did a great job. Over coming what I would call challenges in this 19 year old house, they made it happen. Seamlessly. Glad we chose them, and excited for when they install our new whole house generator next.
