We had an excellent experience from start to finish! Scheduling was simple, and the staff made filing insurance completely stress-free. During my daughter’s evaluation, the audiologist took her time, asked thoughtful and relevant questions, and explained everything clearly. It never felt rushed — just caring, professional, and very thorough. We left feeling confident we had a complete understanding of her hearing and next steps. I have had tinnitus for 25 years and it's just a horrible condition. I got hearing devices that have a sound built in that plays constantly which has given me tremendous relief. I highly recommend Bright Audiology! They are kind, very caring and professional. Thank you Bright Audiology!
