Every braiding shop I called in Fayetteville and Moore County never answered their phone or returned my phone call/message! I also went to a few that where not open during their business hours! I almost gave up until I found Alice and I’m glad I did! I got my hair braided by her and she did a great job! She is very nice, professional, and always on time! The braids I wanted were very time consuming, she finished sooner than I thought she would, and they came out beautifully! She also charged a reasonable price. Not only were my results spectacular but they take their time, they care about their customers because they were very delicate washing my hair then I got to put my feet up while my hair was drying then they message your scalp!!!! I was in relaxation heaven and I’ve had the worst luck with any salon doing my hair I’d leave having to go home to fix myself and that’s a horrible feeling but Felicia’s is different they don’t take short cuts on anyone and I’m so glad I found my new go to spot. I almost cried when I saw how damaged my hair was and then I was so nervous about how was it going to come out but look at that shine!!!! I can’t say enough good things!!!
