I have visited this Ulta for about 10 years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Over the years management has changed, but I honestly love the new management even more. Both Sams who work here are some of the kindest most wonderful women you’ll ever meet, always extremely helpful and understanding. It is very easy to make returns if things don’t work out, and they always have my online orders ready for pickup.

As for the salon services, I’ve used multiple stylists throughout my time, with only one experience being a little rough. The one bad experience was attempting to turn my nearly black hair into honey blonde, which already was a bad idea in itself.… read full review

This store is well kept, very clean, and has wonderful staff. The ladies who helped me find a mask applicator were so knowledgeable about the store layout and the products in stock. They found the only applicator in the store for me in only a couple minutes and were so friendly and sweet the entire time! 🩷

I came into the store a few weeks ago and was needing help with skincare. I felt like a lost puppy because I have a minimalist routine. I was in the market for something to help with dark spots and scaring on my neck. I was approached for assistance from one lady and she did good with trying to help me but I didn’t feel confident in what I was looking at. I wandered around for a few minutes and I must’ve had a perplexed look on my face. Heather rescued me and got me on track.
