Tom's Carpet Care Inc. is the best steam clean carpet business and I highly recommend him. He did an excellent job in cleaning my 14 year old rugs in my family room, bedroom, closet, stairs and hallway. They actually look brand new again and delayed us from replacing them for a few years because of using the cleaning service. It was worth every penny we spent to get our rugs back to new. (Existing stains I created by using cleaning solution had bled the color out a shade so couldn't take care of what I created in cleaning up cat vomit in just a couple spots but the rest the carpet looks brand new.) Jeff came to my house within two days of contacting him. He was very pleasant and professional. It was very refreshing to see the remarkable difference a good cleaning can make in your carpet, especially if you have pets! And, finally, the amount Jeff charged for the service was completely reasonable. Highly recommend!
