Our upstairs heat-pump bit the dust during the heatwave of high-90 degree days in July this Summer so we were in a jam and Stout's response was fantastic. The first technician arrived at our house about 2 hours after we called and quickly found the problem. Chris Owen followed up a few hours later and expertly guided us through understanding our options. After we decided to replace the old system Stout provided a complementary portable AC unit which was an immediate and welcome relief for a few days until the new unit could be scheduled for installation. Stout is our go to HVAC service and have always been prompt when called. Our A/C stopped Saturday morning so I called and Jeremy was on his way within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and we were back up and cooling 15 minutes later.
Stout Heating and Air worked me in to their schedule although I wasn't a customer. The service tech was friendly and professional. He found the problem right away and fixed it in no time.
