Peak Eye Care has great doctors, but the service can be slow, requiring up to 1.5 hours of your time. Patients have been loyal for years, but recently, phone calls have gone unanswered, making it difficult to set appointments. Despite the issues, the doctors are well-liked, and some patients have been coming back for over twenty years.
My appointment was great! The receptionist and other front office personnel were friendly and efficient and Dr. Stacie Williams and her assistant were very easy to talk to, listened to all of my concerns and did a very thorough evaluation/exam. I'm very pleased with Peak Eye Care's Salisbury office and would definitely recommend them.
